Isetan Art Convenience Store

Isetan, the Japanese department store, opened today the Art Convenience Store, a new temporary section, that presents a special line-up of products by companies such as Visionaire, Nike, Ksubi, Undercover, Visvim and many others. The idea is to present a range of products that are made in collaboration with artists.

Interesting products that you will find in the Isetan Art Convenience Store are a Visionaire x Goyard trunk, that features 50 issues and they are msde to order. Also they will be carrying a special UGG boot collection, with several boots designed by Japanese artists and brands, the Visvim x Mastermind FBT Shaman, special Undercover product, a Hello Kitty Kubrick and more.

Format ; The New Store By Nigel Sylvester

Nike 6.0 BMX Pro Nigel Sylvester has had a pretty busy summer. Aside from traveling to Beijing to take part in Nike's BMX launch and competing in Paris, he's also found time to help launch a new store in Queens, NY.

Format takes the street/lifestyle brand and adds a focus on BMX. Until Nike's recent push, one could argue that BMX was the forgotten urban action sport, and falling behind fixed gear as favored bicycle style. Nigel and co. hope to change that, as well as offer shoppers on Queens Blvd a look at new brands and artists.

Vans Syndicate Exhibition

Vans Syndicate Exhibition in San Francisco. At the event the brand was exhibiting artwork by artists they worked with in recent collection. Also they presented the Syndicate 007, 008 and 009 collections, which we already gave you a look at in recent weeks.

After Stussy Toronto, the next city in Canada that Matt George is opening up in is Vancouver. On the 21rst of June they are first opening a concept store that will carry the much anticipated Stussy x Neighborhood Boneyards collection. The concept store will be open for 3 months and then Vancouver will see a full blown Chapter store shortly after.

These are some pics from the Stussy Las Vegas Store opening party. The space is located right next to the Undefeated Store in Las Vegas. One thing we also noticed, is that there was not only the Stussy x Undefeated x Fruition and the Stussy x UNDR-CRWN collaboration t-shirts, they also released a Stussy x Just Blaze t-shirt that night.

They also will open a coffee house called Republik Scooter, A coffee house for scooter community.

Hopefully the store will be a boom in south jakarta.

Wealthy Ho$tage opened its doors in December of 2006 in the Flatbush section of Brooklyn. Opening to a market in the Flatbush part of Brooklyn has usually been known for it’s large selection of urban and hiphop goods but not usually streetwear. Careful consideration goes into every new product whether it’s from an already established brand or a new t-shirt line.
